Sorrel Leaf Healing Center is opening a new Children's Crisis Residential Facility in Fall 2026 and we will be looking to hire in late Spring a few leadership positions as well as direct-care positions later in the summer to support the youth in our communities. Employee wellness has been a forefront theme as we’ve built this new non-profit and our benefit package is one of many plans put into place to support that theme.

32-hour work weeks with no reduction in pay, annual salaries range from $52,000 - $165,000.
