Sorrel Leaf Healing Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 124 Indianola Rd, Eureka, CA 95503. This website, sorrelleaf.org, is intended for parents, guardians, and referring providers. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

What information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you give us directly. Our contact form collects your name, email address, phone number, and any message you choose to submit. If you make a donation through DonorBox, DonorBox collects your payment and contact details directly. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Google Analytics collects data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not use it to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use contact form submissions to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list, sell your information, or share it with third parties except as described below.
