Mobile Response
Crisis Care Anywhere
Sorrel Leaf will offer an intensive mobile crisis response program to meet the needs of youth in crisis whether they are at home, in school, or in transition from a hospital or other institution. Our Youth Crisis Support (YCS) program will last anywhere from three to six weeks in order to stabilize the crisis, work on coping skills, and establish healthy routines and communication for the future.

We will serve children and youth ages 7-17 all over Humboldt County, coming to where you can safely meet.
❋ Mobile Care
The goal of our Youth Crisis Support (YCS) will be to de-escalate crisis situations and provide immediate care once to twice a week.
❋ De-Escalation as a Priority
Our trained staff will be available during regular business hours Mondays through Thursdays with accommodation in the evenings as needed to ensure help is available when it is needed.
❋ Expert Facilitation
Youth and their caregivers will participate in creating individualized emergency safety plans so crisis can be averted in the future.
❋ A Supportive Team
